_Bwire Allan:_ Thank you for having me.
_Bwire Jonathan:_ *What's your current view on the political landscape in Uganda?*
_Bwire Allan:_ The current political landscape is characterized by the dominance of the ruling NRM, limited political space, suppression of opposition, and human rights abuses. I believe there's a need for progressive growth in democratization, economic development, and security.
_Bwire Jonathan:_ *How will you contribute to change as an MP for Samia Bugwe Central?*
_Bwire Allan:_ I'll commit to legislative work, effective representation, holding the Executive accountable, participating in budget making, contributing to committee work, and engaging in policy advocacy and cross-party collaboration.
_Bwire Jonathan:_ *How will you balance party loyalty with constituent needs and interests?*
_Bwire Allan:_ I'll prioritize voter needs, engage in transparent decision-making, encourage public participation, and consider diverse perspectives. If conflicts arise, I'll dialogue, negotiate, and compromise to balance competing interests.
_Bwire Jonathan:_ *What's your economic vision for Samia Bugwe Central?*
_Bwire Allan:_ My vision is an all-inclusive economic development addressing key bottlenecks to wealth creation. I plan to attract investments, develop infrastructure, advocate for business-friendly environments, and support skills training and development.
_Bwire Jonathan:_ *How will you address poverty and unemployment in the constituency?*
_Bwire Allan:_ I'll implement initiatives like agriculture development, microfinance, policy support, infrastructure development, skills training, and social protection. I'll also support entrepreneurship promotion and community-led initiatives.
_Bwire Jonathan:_ *What's your take on the recent reforms in the education sector?*
_Bwire Allan:_ I propose curriculum reforms, teacher trainings, infrastructure development, digitalization, all-inclusive education, decentralization, and private sector engagement. However, I prioritize addressing the teacher-student ratio in public schools.
_Bwire Jonathan:_ *How will you address the impact of climate change in the constituency?*
_Bwire Allan:_ I'll promote renewable energy, climate-resilient farming practices, reforestation, water management, and public awareness. I'll also champion a call for climate change policy and support research on its impacts.
_Bwire Jonathan:_ *How will you promote social inclusion in the constituency?*
_Bwire Allan:_ I'll champion policy reforms, education, economic empowerment, social protection, and monitoring and evaluation to ensure inclusivity. I'll also address systemic barriers for inclusion.
_Bwire Jonathan:_ *What's your plan to improve access to quality healthcare services in the constituency?*
_Bwire Allan:_ I'll lobby for increased funding, training and deployment of healthcare workers, implement mobile health services, strengthen community health worker programs, and improve transportation and accessibility to health facilities.

I believe Allan Bwire can rescue the rotting enconomy, and what I know from him , he is a peace loving Ugandan , so, he will unite all people of Busia.
