Ouma Patrick Transformer reacts to president Museveni statements on the demonstrations

                      Ouma Patrick  said,

"I applaud President Museveni's call for peaceful dialogue, but urge him to go beyond words. Genuine dialogue requires listening to all Ugandans, not just those who agree with the government. We need concrete actions to address economic inequality, corruption, and human rights abuses.

To achieve this, I call on the President to establish an inclusive platform for dialogue, featuring:

- Representation from diverse groups, including opposition parties, civil society, youth, and marginalized communities

- Independent facilitation or mediation to ensure impartiality

- Clear goals and objectives, focusing on tangible solutions

- Mechanisms for ensuring accountability and follow-up actions

Let's build a just, equitable, and prosperous Uganda. The time for constructive dialogue and collective action is now."
