Meet Ouma Patrick, a devoted Ugandan citizen, theologian, and evangelist, dedicated to promoting good leadership and governance. Born and raised in Shagoshia village, Buhasaba parish, Buhehe sub-county, Busia district, he is a passionate advocate for improving lives, community development, and transformation. With a strong desire to bring about positive change, Ouma Patrick is aspiring to become a Member of Parliament (MP) for the Samia Bugwe Central Constituency in the 2026 general elections.

_Ouma Patrick:_ Thank you, Bwire Jonathan. I am inspired by the desire to bring about positive change and improve the lives of our people. I believe that good leadership and governance are essential for transformation, and I am committed to promoting these values.

_Ouma Patrick:_ Through my work with a faith-based charity organization, I have provided shelter, education, and healthcare to vulnerable children, orphans, and war-affected communities. I have also promoted rehabilitation and reconciliation, offering spiritual guidance and support to inspire hope and transformation.
