A disturbing pattern of exploitation and abuse has emerged in Samia Bugwe, where an Incumbent Public Official from Samia Bugwe Central has allegedly hired Daniel Hahigi, a resident of Mudidi, Samia Bugwe South, as a machinery to interfere with the affairs of Samia Bugwe Central.

Investigations reveal that Daniel has been exploiting people's deaths to collect condolence money, a scheme he uses to earn a living. However, his services have been hijacked by the Incumbent Public Official to target opponents, using abuse and intimidation to silence them.

Sources close to the matter have revealed that Daniel's tactics include targeting ladies, threatening them to deter them from making political decisions. This egregious abuse of power has created a culture of fear, silencing voices and stifling dissent.
