As voters, we deserve to know how our elected leaders use public resources. The Constituency Allowance, given to our MP, is meant to support their work in our constituency. But has it benefited us or lined the MP's pockets?

The Constituency Allowance is a portion of funds provided to MPs by Parliament to:

1. Facilitate meetings and engagements

2. Support travel and transport

3. Cover office and administrative costs

4. Contribute to community projects

Have you seen your MP on the ground, addressing your concerns? If not, have they used the funds as intended?

Demand accountability! Ask:

- How has our MP used the allowance to improve Samia Bugwe Central?

- What projects or initiatives have they supported?

- Have they organized meetings or forums to engage with us?

- Have they been visible and active in our constituency?

- What specific community projects have they contributed to, and what impact have these had on our community?

As taxpayers, we have a right to know. Let's ensure the constituency allowance benefits our community, not just a few individuals or private interests.
